A recently acquired private equity leisure business was struggling with its business transformation programme. After a short learning phase, we carefully divided the project into manageable parts with internal people heading each work stream.
A major aspect of the project included the redesign and re-engineering of their processes and procedures. This concentration of activity delivered substantial returns in term of sales, retention of staff and customer satisfaction which all increased as a result of the project.
