Our client was a successful UK hotel company which had acquired 52 hotels and asked us to support them in creating the operational integration programme.

Working alongside an internal team, we developed an agreed mergers and acquisitions integration programme in just over two weeks. Following this, the methodologies, communications and guidelines for managing legal due diligence and TUPE were set out by week 4. The joint internal and external team was resourced and trained by week 5, and implementation of our programme began in just six weeks.
