This large multi-national business wanted to transform it’s supply chain to be enterprise wide rather than a series of semi-autonomous organisations in different regions and legacy businesses. We were asked to provide a team that would support this transformation particularly leading on governance, systems and technology, supplier engagement and commercial innovation, comms and change management and managing the programme office. The programme of work started off as UK based but as it has globalised, and so have we, with key personnel in the Asia Pacific region. This programme is ongoing but has already delivered £10s of millions of benefits.
