Having restructured and removed its procurement team, our client took on a review and subsequent re-tender of its single supplier cleaning contract for its 86 sites. An invitation to tender for contract change management was issued to prospective suppliers via e-auction and three suppliers’ bids were selected.
In an environment where cleanliness was the primary customer demand, we carefully developed the change plan. Through strict monitoring and a robust measurement system to track quality, this enabled the client to successfully manage the change without impacting on the customer experience, whilst also ensuring legal due diligence.
